New Directions is available 24/7, even on holidays. So contact them if you are needing some guidance or direction. Again, services are free of charge and STI will not even know you reached out to them for help. Common reasons for reaching out are to reduce stress, handle a life curve ball, coping after a crisis, support and improving relationships, focus at work, assistance with leading others, navigating the legal system, reducing debt, living a healthy life, and many others.
