OUR FAMILY

From our start in 1964, STI has been family owned and operated. To this day, we have several generations from of multiple families all working together to make beautiful performance fabrics right here in Kings Mountain, NC. We welcome anyone that joins the STI team to become part of our family.

At STI, family is at the forefront of everything that we do. From Holiday luncheons to birthday cash, we're always looking for new and creative ways to build our relationships with each other and truly create that family environment.

Many people and businesses have different drives, motivations and reasons behind what they do. For instance, their "why" may be to make as much money as possible. Or it may be to climb to the top of the corporate ladder. Our why is simple at STI- it's Family.

Of course we not only make beautiful fabrics to provide for our families, but to also create a culture of acceptance and inclusion for everyone that works at STI. We understand that the family atmosphere we've created at STI will go beyond our walls and will have a lasting impact on the community for generations to come.
