Yarn Manufacturing

Warping

Warping is the process of combining yarns from different cones together to form a sheet. During the warping process, it is important to preserve the yarn elongation and maintain it at uniform level. Click on the button below to view our Warping positions.

Weaving

Weaving is the process of combining warp and weft components to make a woven structure. In weaving, lengthwise yarns are called warp; crosswise yarns are called weft, or filling- An integral part of our fabric making process. Take deeper look at our Weaving department by clicking the button below.

Finishing & Quality Control

Shipping
